Easy to build and easy to fit into your garden, the Franklin Playhouse is an adventure zone for children of all ages. It's alien spaceship, princess's castle, pirates' den, or mini shop all rolled into one, and all for a very affordable price. A cute front terrace enhances the picturesque appearance of this children's playhouse and adds more play possibilities. We've left the solid timber unfinished, so you can dress up the playhouse with any colour scheme you want - crazy colours, pastel pinks or something more rustic or camouflaged. The Franklin Playhouse offers 199 x 163cm of space (199 x 223cm if you include the terrace), enough for some first-rate Lego projects, or dozens of dolls. With a height of 187cm at its highest point, there's plenty of headroom, but not so much height that you should need planning permission (always best to check though). The materials used in this children's playhouse offer superb quality - including durable and dense 16mm solid timber walls, roof and floor. The quality of the timber, which is all slow-grown Nordic spruce, means you'll get high levels of both weather-resistance and longevity. This quality all comes at a very affordable price, offering wonderful value for money.

Please note: We recommend an extractor is fitted to the inside of your cabin if you are considering using the cabin to house a hot tub. We also recommend that the inside of the cabin is protected with a waterproof coating to stop the formation of mildew. Please consider whether the roof beams enable enough clearance for the cover to be removed from your hot tub. If you are fitting a hot tub, please consider there is enough room around the sides and rear of cabin for a cover lifter so you can remove and store the hot tub's lid. Also, that the any steps provided fit around the hot tub.

Please note:
- We will need a level, paved/concrete pad where the cabin is to sited.
- We will expect reasonable access enabling us to manually transport all of the building's materials to your preferred site.
