This contemporary timber garden room is suitable for all year-round use and is designed to be easily insulated. With this model you can self-build, as the garden room makes use of Quick Fit pre-assembled wall elements: 45mm x 70mm framing with 18mm fine sawn external cladding, and wind protection. The attractive glass-slatted door and the low, large window are all double glazed, with rubber seals to provide better draught exclusion. Other weather-proofing features include pressure-treated foundation joists, metal water gutter, and laminated door frames. The Oulu contemporary garden room comes with the option of a fine sawn internal cladding kit, which gives a wonderful finish inside. Alternatively, you can complete the interior with plasterboard, with relative ease. The Oulu is a stunning modern summerhouse/garden home office perfect for any garden to use during the summer months. If you wanted to use the building all year round, we recommend insulating the 70mm wall cavity and securing the inside with the optional internal wall cladding. The Oulu is a modern design Log Cabin with a pent roof. The walls are constructed with 18mm fine sawn cladding with internal wind protection plastic. The floor is 19mm tongue and groove and the roof is 16mm tongue and groove with option of felt covering. The single door has a cylinder lock, wooden sill and a laminated door frame. The twin opening windows feature double glazing with rubber seals throughout. Internal wall cladding and an additional window can be supplied as optional extras. The cabin is supplied unfinished and can be stained or painted in any colour to suit. It has a manufacturer’s 5-year guarantee.
