Kentucky 1 - Pavillion
This Kentucky 1 Log Cabin is designed specifically to fit in corners of gardens, for use as a summerhouse and general garden room. The 44mm logs are of a substantial thickness meaning that the building can also be supplied with insulation alongside, meaning the use of this building can be upgraded to a home office or just a general extra room for hobbies or games. This building with shingle tiles purchased and fitted also is a beautiful model, one of the most elegant available from our entire range - recommended for those looking to beautify their garden. The Kentucky 1 is a traditionally designed Log Pavilion with cylinder locking corner entry double door, windows and canopy porch which can be positioned on either side according to choice. Real 4mm glazing is used throughout. The walls are 28mm tongue and groove construction and there is a 19mm tongue and groove internal floor and a 16mm tongue and groove roof with option of a shingles covering. The double door has a low threshold door sill with stainless steel protective capping and laminated frame. The cabin is supplied unfinished and can be stained or painted in any colour to suit. It has a manufacturer’s 5-year guarantee.

Please note: We recommend an extractor is fitted to the inside of your cabin if you are considering using the cabin to house a hot tub. We also recommend that the inside of the cabin is protected with a waterproof coating to stop the formation of mildew. Please consider whether the roof beams enable enough clearance for the cover to be removed from your hot tub. If you are fitting a hot tub, please consider there is enough room around the sides and rear of cabin for a cover lifter so you can remove and store the hot tub's lid. Also, that the any steps provided fit around the hot tub.
